Bleeding questions 1990 245 non ABS auto 200

I know this is probably the billionth brake bleeding post - all apologies. I've done a bunch of reading and of course there are things unique to my situation I don't feel are addressed by what I've read so far... so here goes!

I believe I'm having a booster or MC problem.

New calipers, new front flexible hoses, new front rotors, new pads all around except for one stuck rear piston (put the used one back in as it fits).

In the process of installing all of the above, I gravity bled the fronts as they went together, then the whole system once following Bently's order for a non ABS. I've bled almost 2 liters of new fluid through the system.

With the engine off, I can pump the pedal and it hardens up - but if I apply strong pressure I hear a groan from the MC area as the pedal descends VERY slowly.

With my foot on the brake pedal, if I start the engine the pedal wants to go to the floor, and no amount of pumping will build any pressure. I am noticing some movement at the calipers, and so far I can't see any leaks, the fluid level in the MC seems not to be going down, at least not dramatically - I've only repeated this process a few times.

Any and all comments are greatly appreciated.

Frank
