Which suspension bushings need a PRESS? Track rod? 200

There's a thread here "Which suspension bushings need a PRESS" from 2003 but it isn't definitive.

I do front control-arm bushings (rear position) with a few light taps of a hammer. Rear (at axle) TABs are hammered in/ out - or one can make & use a TAB tool (I've never had to).

I'm about to do track-rod (torsion-rod) bushings for the 1st time. Do I need a press?
