How to replace the fixed side glass in a wagon 700 1990

I need to replace the fixed side glass, over the cargo area, on my 1990 745GL. A used window is costing me $140, and the place that we're buying it from would charge a total of $200 for glass and installation.

Do you guys think that is a reasonable price ($60) for installation? Do you think it would cost substantially less if I installed it my self? Or for that price, should I just go ahead and get it installed?
