I can't seem to win for more than six months.

When first swapped, the used speedometer functions perfectly. Then it quits, never to work again. The odometer keeps right on counting. This has happened with both K9800 and K10042 units, though I believe the latter is correct for my sedan. They are quite scarce in the yards, and I hate to be wasting them.

My great hope is to find and hire a reputable technician to refurbish both a speedometer and the small clock. Does anyone have a recommendation?
