940 sedan trunk swap--lock cylinder how-to? 900 1995

paint on my 940 sedan trunk is having a bad time from 15 years of chicago salt. clear coat peeling, some fading, and some rusted patches. rather than getting it repainted i think i'll just swap another trunk. how can i swap the lock cylinder on the trunk? and is there any hidden obstacles i should learn before i do it? thanks.
