240 carpet in a 74 144? 140-160 1974

I would like to know if anyone have put a carpet from a 240 into a 73/74 144? The potential fit issues I can think of are:
- The 140 has the handbrake to the left of the driver seat, in the 240 in the middle.
- Different seat mounts.
- Possibly different back seat foot vent duct openings.

Anyone who's done or contemplated using a 240 carpet? I haven't decided yet if I will try to find a used carpet or a new aftermarket.
