Cam seal question S90-V90

Hey guys, I'm replacing the timing belt, and trying to freshen everything possible behind the timing cover. New water pump, new tensioner, new pulleys, etc. Basically everything that comes in the FCP Groton Timing Belt kit minus the crank seal and the rear cam seals (those seem like a colossal PITA). Anyway, does anyone have tips for getting the cam seals out? Mine are int here really good, and I don't have any dental tools laying around my garage.
