I picked up an '83 244/AW70 for my gf's daughter. Repaired/replaced vacuum lines, cleaned the tb, all the normal stuff

Failed smog dismally today:

CO @ idle - 6.78% (should be 1.2%)
CO @ 2200 - 13.86% (should be 1.2%)

HC @ idle - 6282ppm (should be 220ppm)
HC @ 2200 - 759ppm (should be 220)

I want to suspect LH temp sensor, but what else should I look at?
