940 Turbo Wagon Tires - two questions 900 1993

My 1993 Turbo Wagon 940 has original wheels and 205-55-16 tires.
When I search by vehicle (via Costco or Tire Rack) 195-65-15 tires come up. How come?

I just ordered Michelin X from Costco but I'm afraid they won't put them on because they are T rated not V or H. Does anyone know how strict Costco is about speed rating?
