strut anchor bolts - where to get them 200

I am replacing the ball joints on my 1988 240. In the manual it says not to reuse the 4 bolts that hold the strut anchor to the strut tube.

Where would I get these bolts? Would a good hardware store have them or do I need to go to a parts place? I have a feeling that the parts place is going to want to sell me more than the 4 bolts.
