No power to fuse block next to drivers door 200 1993

Marty, I removed all 4 fuses on block next to positive battery terminal, cleaned as good as I could sprayed with contact cleaner, tested all 4 recepticles lite my 12 volt test light. I recharged battery to full up. car has been sitting one week
new battery, new starter, new water pump, plugs, wires, cap & rotor, & coil

A waiting manual & new fuel line and check valve the one between in line fuel pump & fuel filter.
