Hi:

I bought a new p/s pump from fcpgroton.com My mechanic says there's something missing in the new one (please see pics). Can the 'insert' from the old be put on the new? FCP wasn't taking calls today, 1/12, due to a snow storm... Do I need to exchange it for another new pump?
