Stranded; Snowing, no start; please take a look 200

I’m 2 hours from home and its snowing heavily with 6 “ already on the ground.

I went out to start the car after it had been sitting in the parking lot all day and it wouldn’t start.
Its turns over strongly and trys to catch here and there but generally nothing.

I’ve checked the fuses, #4 and 6 I believe.
I’ve checked the 25 A blade fuse in the engine compartment
I’ve swapped out the fuel system relay with my good spare.

Still nothing. Anything else easy I'm forgetting?

I’ve noticed the tach is not jumping at all while attempting to start, should it???
The crank sensor wiring looks intact, it has the white stripe on the harness
I changed the oil and flushed the transmission fluid last night but I’ve driven several times since then including 100 miles this morning.

how do I jumper the fuel pumps on??? is it fuse #4 to fuse #6???

ugh!! Thanks,

Matt
