What tool to remove oil galley plugs? 120-130

Just about got my B20 block and head torn down as far as possible.

Whats the best tool to get the oil galley plugs out of the block? I tried a 1/4" extension, which seemed to fit the square recess fairly well, but it started to strip pretty quickly.

Do I need something like a male pipe plug socket?
