has anyone heard of getting a bad one?... I ordered an aftermarket (MTC?) resistor from FCP and when hooked up, speed #3 doesn't engage... I'm hoping this is the selector switch and NOT the resistor, as the resistor is a P.I.T.A. to remove, and i'm not sure i could get at it w/out taking off the dash and everything else in the near vicinity.
