CANT FIND ANY INFO ON CHANGING THE SERP BELTS. 200 1990

Hey guys, I cant find jack and %^%$ on the internet for changing the v belts on the car. reason for this post is becuase when i turn my head lights on, one of the belts start squealing really bad and my lights dim out making the car feel sluggish. when i turn the lights off the squealing goes away and the power is back.

What gives?
I would love to get this fixed so i can enjoy driving my baby with out waking up the whole neighbor hood at night.
