cant figure out how to change belts of alternator 200 1993

Hey this seems really ridiculous, but I cannot seem to figure out how to put the two new alternator belts onto the car, there is a big other belt in the way and I don't see how I can get that loose.

The other belt goes to the ac and power steering I guess, but the tensioner of the ac does not seem to allow it to swivel.
