Idle Vibration 200 1989

Lately, I've been experiencing a vibration at idle that I'd like to get resolved. I'm trying to assemble a list of everything to check before I dive in, so anything you guys can add will be apprecaited.

I haven't checked the motor mounts yet, but I replaced them about two years ago with cheap parts (Scantech or something similar). Is it possible they've gone bad already?

I read somewhere that this could be caused by a timing belt that's skipped a tooth or 2. I did do my timing belt in December before a 3,200 mile trip from KS to VT and back, but I tensioned the belt after 500 miles as prescribed. How likely is this to happen?

The car idles steady with no fluctuation, and the vibration goes away as soon as I increase the engine speed at all. I most feel it in the steering wheel and there is some noise in the dash from things being shaken as well. Thanks for you input!
