Check Engine Light: 2-3-1 and 2-2-1, where do I start? 200 1993

93 245, w/ 215k miles

The CEL immediately comes back on after I've reset the following codes and started the engine:

2-3-1: Fuel system compensating for rich or lean air/fuel mixture at cruise
2-2-1: Fuel system compensating for extremely rich or extremely lean air/fuel mixture at cruise.

I've replaced the oil filler cap gasket. Now what should I check/replace? Thanks for the advice.
