Crank sprocket won't come off 200

I can't get the crank sprocket off my B23FT. The engine is on a rack so the front end is totally accessible. I've tried soaking the sprocket area in PB Blaster for three days and tapping the sprocket with a plastic hammer. No luck so far. I don't want to damage it in the process. Any ideas would help.
