244 doors on a '72 145? 140-160

Has anyone done this? I only ask because I have good condition 244 doors (from an '88) and the doors on the '72 145 have rust damage. Well, and the 244 doors have better seals and sound insulation. It looks like the hinges are the same, but the latch and striker plates aren't.

Really curious if anyone has successfully done this.
