Going to look at a 1992 Volvo 740 wagon 235k to buy 1992 740 700 1992

Hey i am looking at a 1992 Volvo 740 wagon to buy as my second car, What should i look for on this car before i buy it? and what is a fair price??

the ad says it has B230F engine, and recently aligned, the tires, fuel pump and battery are nearly brand new and the front seals, timing belt, water pump, computer and brakes have all been replaced in the last ten months. The rear end has been beefed up with IPD oversize springs and sway bar.
The car runs and drives great with only the few squeaks and rattles that come with twenty years of use. No leaks, No smoke No kidding!

20mpg around town, 26mpg on the highway Mileage 235k

i emailed the seller and ask a couple questions....here are the answers....
The AC is not currently working. I replaced the compressor last fall with one that I know works but never got the system flushed and recharged. I have a new accumulator and orifice tube for it that will go with the car. It shouldn’t be too much to get it put back together, flushed and recharged. I think the quote I got was about $150.
The transmission works fine. It shifts a little late under hard acceleration like they all do when they get to the age it is.

What should i look for on this car before i buy it? and what is a fair price??

Thank You Very much!
