Brake Lights don't come on when lights on. 200 1991

Hello,
I just realized that my two brake lights do not come on if the
light switch is on. The brake lights work fine if the lights are
not switched on. Once I switch the lights on the brake lights do
not work any longer. The center brake light in rear dash works
as usual. All other lights are working fine.

Any advice is appreciated,
