Hi,

I have owned over 40+ collector type cars so far and 12 vintage motorcycles but within the last couple of years for some reason the Volvo Gods have smiled on me. I have inadvertently had several super deals thrust in front of me. I have now owned 8 Volvos...544's and 122's...all under $1,000 each (way under in most cases). A couple were projects, one parts car but the rest all drivable cars.

My latest is a 1968 122 wagon...good runner...needs some sprucing up. This is the first one over $1,000 ($1,300). So I guess I'm going to be a Volvo guy for good...I liked all of them and will continue to buy more as I can...so now to my question.

As I continue my Volvo education I'm wondering if there is a site where you can go to find out what parts inter-change. Obviously a '67 122 sedan will have limited body parts available but will windshields interchange with a wagon or vice versa and I'm assuming most engine parts are interchangeable if they come from similar but different year B-16, B-18, etc. I'm a novice so please be gentle. Thanks a ton.

Oh yeah, I guess the best thing I like about the old Volvos are their ruggedness...tough as nails.
