Three Issues- Check Engine Light, Front End Pull, Tire Recommendations 900

My check engine light has been on for three years. Apparently I don't have any problems and would like to reset. First, should I have concerns and second how do you reset it?

This car has 193,000 miles miles and has always drifted to the right a bit. The current tires have 43,000 miles on them and have been rotated regularly. Seems like a little wear on the outside of the passenger tire, but not much. Idea?

Third, I will get some new tires soon. This is a station wagon but i do want good handling. Currently have 165/65R 15 91H. Looking for a little better feel. Ideas?

Thanks.
