95 960 Fuel Door Rubber Rivets?? 900

The rubber rivets that hold the fuel door hinge on are wearing on my 95 960 sedan. One is gone, the other seems weak. I am sure this is a standard part.

Any idea if the rubber rivet/stopper is available on it's own from Volvo, or do I need to get them from Honda, Toyota or other place?

Trying to get it asap as the fuel door is duct taped on until I get a replacement plug. Thanks all!!
