1993 245 Antenna Prob 200

So getting around to the easy stuff to fix today and I am at a loss. What i though was easy turned into a nightmare. So my problem:
My 93 classic wagon did not have a power antenna instead it has a manual antenna that is sheared off at a black hex nut that attaches to a rubber base housing. I take off the hex nut and its not a nut but a tube that holds a clear plastic rod with a metal antenna center and a thin male coupling piece that fits into this threaded coupling pieces which attaches to a cable.

So i have

1. Rubber Base Housing
2. Black Hex nut tube that fits into rubber housing that is smooth on the inside and threaded on outside
3. Clear Plastic rod with metal antenna center and thin male component fits inside the Black hex nut tube and connects all the parts
4. Metal Coupling tube that holds the Clear Plastic Rod threaded on outside sits within the rear panel of 245 this piece threads together with the black hex nut tube.
2. Cord that attaches via threads to metal coupling tube and has a female component for clear plastic rod with metal antenna center.

The part that is broken is the Clear Plastic rod with metal antenna center and male component piece at bottom. Does anyone know where to get this part?

See image at link Part is between 24 and 23

Also How do i get this damned thing back together seems like i cant get the rubber base and coupling piece together without leaving a large gap between the pannel and the rubber housing. I feel like i should heat up the rubber housing so i can get it all to fit????

Not my day.
