dash lights went out-rear wiper too 200 1991

hopped in my car after work Friday-no dash lights, next day turned on rear wiper-nothing. All fuses seem fine,never had a problem now nothing, I'm baffled, is there a relay that covers both, seems odd but ? Any help would be appreciated.
