has anyone experienced a torque converter shudder on hard acceleration 900

has anyone experienced a torque converter shudder on hard acceleration in a 93 na 940? this occurs ONLY when you press the pedal hard and only from first to second. this does not happen every time by any means and NEVER happens unless you press hard on the accelerator.

the car shifts perfectly under all other conditions in all other gears.

the transmission was recently thoroughly flushed.
