93 940 no start when cold Regina system 900

the car some days will start but I have to let it warm up before I take off or it will stall and not restart. I had it into the shop the replaced the plugs wires rotor and cap it has the regina fuel system and the car has 154000 miles they also replaced the slider motor. It seem a little better at first but now it is back to the same no start, I can hear the pump come on and there is a good spark ,The only idea I have is that maybe the coolant sensor if it has one might be faulty.Any help would be appreciated thanks
