Need help diagnosing SRS light on 200 1993

The SRS light just came on this evening on son's 93 245. The horn does not honk and the blower does not work when the 1,2,3,4 positions are switched on. The blower does work when the A/C is on and it is on the 0 position.
Any body have a clue where to start to diagnose this perplexing problem???????
