Good evening,
can someone help me ID a part and where it should be reinstalled. While cleaning up lubing the driver side power window. I found in the bottom of the door a piece of clear molded plastic about 9" long. I has 2 clips on it that look like it should be attached to the sheet metal of the inside of the door. Does this protect the lock mechanism or the electric motor in the door. If anyone can post a picture or a diagram of this part it would be most
appreciated.
