Rear trailing arm bush removal 700 1990

Hi all,

I did a search through the archives and can't find anything regarding removal of the front bushes on the rear trailing arm of a 740 (lots of info for the 240's). I'm assuming I need a special tool, which I don't want to buy, can I drill out and hack the old bush and will I need the tool to install the new ones.
