1989 240 clutch replace, flywheel too? 200

Hi Everybody, I am getting ready to replace the clutch on my 1989 245. Is it a good idea to replace the flywheel too, or can I use the old one. I am planning on replacing the main seal.

Can my garage resurface the flywheel, or is this a job to be done at the machine shop?

I ask this because, looking on my on-line car parts site, flywheels are not listed.
