Does anyone know a source for replacing both "Courtesy Straps" (vertical hanging grab handles) on interior door post of 66 2-door? Or ideas how to manufacture suitable replacements.

I have the black rubber coat hook, mount, screws and old (very short) broken strap ends. Just need new straps or ideas what to make them from.
