Car smokes oil 900 1991

The turbo smokes oil, probably the turbine wheel usage, spark plugs are clean with no oil burn show, car runs good but start smoking oil and later stops. Can I take out the wheel of the turbine manifold escape side, or the other side, eliminate the oil passage into the turbo? The car runs anyway without the turbo? sorry my english, thanks
