940 A/C compressor replacement 900 1994

My 940 non-turbo wagon's A/C failed three years ago.
I've now moved to the Washington DC area from the former
Michigan location and am thinking that I will want A/C this
summer. I have two questions:

1) I have a compressor that I bought several years ago on EBAY
that was to replace the one on my '91 740 turbo. Will this
compressor fit onto the '94 940?

2) I sadly cannot work on the car in my current
location, so I need to find someone to do it.
Anyone have a recommendations for a good person to
work on the system in the DC/Maryland suburb areas?
