93 940 sputters to a stop 900

I was driving into work this a.m. and as I'm cresting a hill, the car starts to lose power and sputtering/hesitating. I come over the hill and it cuts out. Pulling over, I try to restart- nothing. I let it sit about 5 minutes and try to restart- it runs but very weakly for about 10 seconds. I know at that point that I have spark. Crank position sensor replaced about a year ago. I have a jumper wire thinking it might be the relay- but forgot what to jump in the fuse area. But it can't be that, can it, as the car will start and run but only for a few seconds- right?
At work posting this and am wondering what I should try. Does this car have the undercar main fuel pump, my 240's do but unsure of this one. Please tell me whatavenue I shold be looking down. The cars been running pretty good up to this point. It has 205,000 on it and has e recent fuel filter change( within the past 2 years, 30,000 miles.- I just can't remember if it has that main pump sitting by it or not or if thats even the problem. Any help very appreciated. Thanks.
