Being fairly new to 940's, had 240's for 20yrs, daughter's 94 940 can not get above 40 mph going up a hill. I drove it today to do brakes, and noticed a whine as well. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I'm thinking possible kickdown cable or adjustment?, torque converter possible from a mechanic. This is a new problem for me. Thanks
