Evap Purge Valve Questions S90-V90

Hello

I did some testing on my evap purge valve because I have p0440.

------------A------------PURGE VALVE(12V to open)---------B-----------INTAKE

So the intake is pulling vacuum, if I disconnect the "A" line coming from the evap canister, there is a very very small amount of vacuum on the A side of the purge valve (is this normal???)

If I apply 12V the valve opens and then vacuum is pulled through the valve.

My question is if you pull the canister line from the valve should there be a small amount of vacuum leaking through the valve?

Also when I go to fill up gas, and remove my gas cap I hear a lot of hissing for a few seconds, which explains the vacuum leaking through the valve, so I assume this is not normal, and my culprit is the valve?
