89 240 no start 200 1989

have a 89 249 will not start is gettign fuel,there is spark a very good spark actually.Tried unplugging mas and tried anothr know good one ,tried 2 othe computers.timing belt is good cam,distributer etc are all times good there ios good compression,will not even kick,I think the ignition timing may be too far retarded but this should not be with thois ignition system has anyone experienced this before etc etc
