1965 1800 - Save or not? 1800 1965

So, i've had a 1965 P1800 for about 9 years, of which it has sat. It has a newly refreshed suspension on it (all around), and was getting ready for paint when I found the rocker arms were badly rusted and I felt should be fixed before I proceeded. Then I stupidly let it sit until yesterday when I had it moved to my house so I could make a decision on it's future.

Now, I have a nice clean rust-free 1970 1800E which I love, but i'm trying to decide if i should restore or part out the 1965. I'm going to keep the 1970 dirt stock, but I am thinking the 65 would get some customizations/move away from 100% stock. I don't really like the idea of parting out volvos, but I want to be practical here. The rust has gotten a bit worse over the years of sitting, but the rocker panels remain the worst (hollowed out on the bottom). There is also some old bondo that is showing itself as cracks in the crappy primer paint I had put on it before it went to storage. The trunk lid has some flaking rust at the latch seam on the inside, as do a couple other spots in the engine compartment, but it's not through and I don't think needs replacing.

So my question is, what do you guys think having the rocker beams and misc surface rust/bondo work fixed would cost, roughly? I don't want to spend the time on the body myself, I have too many projects as it is. I have the cash right now to invest if it's worth it. What kind of rust/damage would you guys consider 'too much'?
