Yeah that is what I feel like doing. I just changed the oil trap put a new intake manifold gasket on, hooked up the various fuel line items, connected the fuel injectors, hoses to idle control, manifold, throttle body. Got ready to start it up and let it warm the oil, so I could change the oil and oil filter.

Turned the key .... When ... WTF??? What is that bucking from the engine? won't idle, bucks and dies. turns over but violently... It actually feels like the timing belt had jumped ... it is a violent bucking.


I checked connections to the injectors, checked the spark plug wires ... what is this?

I am thinking that it would be good if the rapture did happened today ... I'd be up in the clouds saying goodbye to this brick.
