Brake Upgrade Options? 700 1992

My brake rotors are shot and I need to replace them in a brake job that is coming up soon. It occured to me that this is a good time to upgrade the brakes. I am sort of confused about the difference between jumbo and big rotors. I intend to replace the rotors and to buy loaded calipers so, in essence I am replacing the brake system. What should I be buying to upgrade my brakes? Oh and my 1992 740 has ABS that I would like to keep working.
