Since my mother's 760 1989 gas cap is set up similarly to a 940, I thought I would post here as well.

1989 760 sedan; parts ordered from eeuroparts.com.
After reading FAQS on replacement of gas cap cover, I attempted with new scan tech plastic hinge holder and new spring. Two of the plastic rods broke and flew away and one of the "petals" inside broke. Has anyone had any success with screws ( access?) or epoxy?
