Which redline mtl: normal or 90 wt 200 1989

Hey everybody,

I'm about to change the manual transmission fluid on my '89 volvo 5 speed, M47.
I know the redline mtl is the jam, just wondering what the difference between the normal mtl and the 90 wt is and if one or the other is preferred.

ALso, I plan on jacking the car up on driver's side to over fill as much as possible.
Two or three quarts, any one have experience so I don't have to buy more than I need.
