Pre-pump Outlet Hose replacement 900 1994

Hi all,

I'm trying to solve a rough running issue related to low levels of gas in the tank.

The car is a '94 940, base, with the Bosch FI system.

I suspect the Pre-pump Outlet Hose is the culprit. Do I need to follow the same procedure as fixing the pre-pump to fix this hose (i.e. disconnect all the hoses and pull the assembly out?

The FAQ says this is an easy job, but to me, pulling the whole assembly out seems a little more involved.
