1980 242 Running Horrible 200

Olga is my 1980 242 and she is really acting up. I replaced my in-tank fuel pump and she was still running badly, rough idling and the response from the gas pedal was bad. Then I replaced my main fuel pump with a new bosch fuel pump and I replaced the banjo fitting. I have no leaks from the pump, seems like all is well there. However, my volvo is still running horribly. She almost dies when idling, when running she spitters and sputters and 55 is about top speed even when the pedal is floored. She still runs, but needless to say, not like she is supposed to. Seems like she is really hesitating and just running really bad. I have no idea what to check next. I do not even know where to start. Please help.
