Is there a difference between the master cylinder for a car w/ABS vs Without ABS?

Pedal has long travel to brake, changed pads, bled/flushed with Motive Power Bleeder (saw few bubbles, flushed until absolutely clear fluid came out), no leaks, no bulging hoses. I'm down to Master cylinder. Need to get car up and running by Sunday evening ... going remanufactured MC at local parts store.

Will bench bleed and install per past posts searched in archives.
