I've been trying to get through to the TASCA Parts Department. I've left several messages on both their internet and regular parts department lines without getting a call back.
The last time I went to order some parts, I was jerked around in a similar manner. Whenever I finally got through to a human being, he apologized saying that their mail order operation was in a state of flux. That was three months ago. I'm starting to get the feeling that TASCA doesn't want to screw with the parts buyers anymore.
